Responsibilities -

Lead and oversee on-site installations, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and best practices.
Perform system diagnostics, testing, troubleshooting, and service calls.
Provide leadership and guidance to the installation team, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.
Supervise and train junior technicians to ensure all tasks are performed according to industry standards and company policies.
Ensure all work is completed in a safe and professional manner, complying with safety and regulatory requirements.
Conduct inspections and audits on completed installations for quality assurance.
Prepare and submit detailed reports and documentation for all work performed, including test results and project status.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on-site, providing exceptional customer service.
Assist with system design, configuration, and integration as needed.
Maintain equipment and inventory, ordering supplies as necessary.
Monitor and manage the ongoing maintenance and management of installed systems.

Qualifications -

NICET Level 3 Certification in [Insert Relevant Discipline, e.g., Fire Alarm Systems, Security Systems, etc.].
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.
Proven experience in leading and managing installation teams.
Strong knowledge of local codes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Ability to interpret and apply technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and work under pressure.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to operate hand tools and diagnostic equipment proficiently.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications or training preferred.
Clean driving record and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
