Position: Lab Technician
We are looking to grow our lab team with Lab Technicians. The successful candidate will be able to perform wet lab functions in a fast paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow instructions and protocols to perform experiments, including buffer preparation, cell counting, basic cell culture and transfection, protein expression and purification, electrophoresis for DNA and/or protein samples, Western blot analysis, ELISA.
• Routine wet lab duties under supervision of a scientist.
• Sample receiving, shipment and documentation.
• Timely report results and problems to supervisor.
Qualifications:
• BS in Biology, Biochemistry, Bioengineering or other Life Sciences
• Basic lab skills, including buffer preparation, cell counts, handling lab materials, accurate pipetting, volume and quality measurements.
• Basic knowledge in biology and/or biochemistry.
• Learns quickly, collaborative and good communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to collaborate
• Strong team player.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
