Auto accident/premises Liability AND labor law associate opportunity (2-10+ yrs) -- NYC
Key Qualifications
- Required Experience : 2-10 years specifically in automobile, premises liability, and labor law litigation
- Court Experience : Proficiency in both federal and state court procedures
- Case Management : Proven track record managing cases from inception through trial
- Litigation Skills :
- Research and motion practice expertise
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents
- Experience preparing and examining expert witnesses
- Deposition experience (taking and defending)
Primary Responsibilities
- Trial Support : Significant involvement in trials and hearings
- Deposition Practice : Conduct and defend both fact, witness and expert depositions
- Case Development : Manage all phases of litigation from initial pleadings through resolution
- Legal Research : Conduct thorough case research and draft motions
- Client Interaction : Represent clients in various legal proceedings
