Job Title - KX Engineer

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills -

Must Have: Hands-on experience with kdb+ and q programming language

· Solid understanding of time-series data and database internals

· Experience with real-time data ingestion and analytics pipelines

· Familiarity with financial markets, trading systems, or IoT data (preferred)

· Exposure to scripting languages like Python or Shell for automation

· Understanding of Linux/Unix environments

· Strong problem-solving skills and performance tuning expertise

Roles & Responsibilities -

Design, develop, and maintain kdb+/q solutions for real-time and historical data processing

· Build performant data pipelines and analytics workflows using KX technologies

· Work with cross-functional teams to integrate kdb+ into larger enterprise systems

· Optimize queries and database schemas for performance and scalability

· Support deployment, monitoring, and incident management for kdb+ environments

· Contribute to documentation and best practices for kdb+ development.
