Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including outbound calling and email marketing.
Client Consultations: Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to understand their needs and goals.
Loan Processing: Gather and organize necessary documentation for loan applications.
Underwriting Support: Assist underwriters in reviewing loan files and resolving any issues.
Client Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients throughout the loan process.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
