Junior Data Analyst
Onsite Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
MUST LIVE IN Houston, TX
Contract-Hire
Payrate: $26.00-30.00 an hour
About the Role:
Large distribution company in the U.S., are looking for a talented Junior Data Analyst to support our Houston team. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about data analysis, supply chain processes, and trade compliance while working with an industry-leading team.
What You’ll Do:
- Support verification of import/export data against documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.)
- Assist with extracting and manipulating electronic data (.xls, .txt, etc.)
- Enter data and perform drawback analysis using Excel and specialized software
- Learn supply chain processes, logistics, and compliance requirements
- Work under guidance and develop increasing independence on assigned tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- 0–2 years of professional experience (entry-level)
- Degree in Business, MIS, Finance, or related field
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables), Access, SQL, or .NET a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Eager to learn and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
