Digital Operations Analyst

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Operations Analyst to join their innovative and fast-paced team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of organizing and executing campaigns that support our Center of Excellence initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build campaigns in an internal system, pushing tests, validating setup, auditing, providing support, and following up on issues
• Drive process improvements, as the current workflows and systems are highly manual
• Partner with the Product team to define and support feature enhancements for the tool
• Communicate effectively with internal partners

This is a 12-month initial contract (possibility of extension or conversion to perm) in the Vinings.

Although you can start off working remotely, you may be expected to transition to a hybrid model (4 days/week in-office) over the coming months.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree (required)
• 1+ years of experience in an analyst or operations/project coordination role within marketing analytics, retail, e-commerce, digital content industries, or similar
• Proficiency in basic Excel functions for data entry and organization
• Proven ability to take initiative and follow through on assigned projects
• Process orientation with experience in identifying and implementing process improvements
• Ability to establish priorities and manage tasks within established deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
