Position: Insurance Producer/Salesperson
Compensation: Competitive commission rates for new business and renewals. A first-year income guarantee is provided to support your transition into the role.
Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Identify, approach, and secure new clients across commercial, personal, and life and health insurance lines.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term client relationships by delivering tailored insurance solutions and exceptional service.
- Policy Review and Client Retention: Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure client needs are met and proactively address renewal opportunities.
- Market Expertise: Stay informed on insurance products, market trends, and industry updates to best serve your clients.
- Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies while maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in insurance or a related industry preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized to thrive in a commission-based environment.
- Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor while collaborating effectively with the team.
- Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one before starting.
