Multilingual Inside Sales Job Description:

PrideStaff has the opportunity to work with a global, digital electronics network based out of Boca Raton who is in search of a Multilingual Inside Sales representative to join their team. The Multilingual Inside Sales will make outbound calls to members and suppliers provided from the company in the US and across the pond. The ideal Multilingual Inside Sales position demonstrates excellent foreign language skills in German, French, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese with excellent phone etiquette and the ability to close the customer. The Multilingual Inside Sales position is a full time, direct hire position in Boca Raton, FL.

Multilingual Inside Sales Duties & Responsibilities:

• Make Outbound Calls to Inactive Members & Suppliers
• Contact New & Prospective Members & Suppliers For The Purpose of Prequalifying Leads
• Provide Technical Support to Members & Suppliers With Level 1 Service
• Answer & Engage Service Through Live Chats
• Attend Trade Shows & Assist With Additional Projects as Required

Multilingual Inside Sales Requirements & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred in Business, Sales or Communications
• Must be Able to Speak at Least 2 Additional Languages Such as: German, French, Italian, Spanish & or Portuguese
• Previous Phone Experience in Sales, Customer Service, Telemarketing, or Support Required
• Must be a Self Starter & Friendly But Aggressive
• On The Job Training For Products & Monthly Testing For Language Proficiency
• Excellent Phone, Written & Oral Communication Skills
