Core Duties
- Instill and uphold a priority on safety, ensuring all equipment protective features are operational.
- Ameliorate machine center uptime to reduce downtime significantly.
- Expertly set molds, initiate, and troubleshoot injection molding processes.
- Accurately document process parameters against the Master Setup Sheets.
- Ensure all specifications and mold settings conform to required standards.
- Implement adjustments to avert defects in products.
- Address Quality and Operator queries related to parts and processes promptly.
- Endeavor to enhance manufacturing efficiencies consistently.
- Minimize scrap through mold condition improvements using corrective actions.
- Keep the workspace orderly and tidy at all times.
- Recognize and help solve maintenance challenges.
- Engage in mold change tasks to curtail downtime.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of troubleshooting experience in injection molding preferred.
- Proficiency in mold setup and troubleshooting is essential.
- Thermoplastic injection molding expertise is mandatory.
- A High School Diploma or GED is requisite.
- Preparedness to advance skills through lifelong learning is expected.
- Familiarity with plant machinery, electronics, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems is advantageous.
Physical Demands
This role demands work in a manufacturing setting, which involves activities like bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
