Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Injection Molding Technician who is proficient in operating injection molding machines and has a solid understanding of grinding machines. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining injection molding equipment to produce high-quality products according to specifications. Additionally, the candidate should have experience with grinding machines to ensure proper finishing and quality control of molded parts.
This is a 1st shift position with hours from 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities: - Set up and operate injection molding machines to produce precision parts.
- Monitor machine parameters and adjust settings as needed to maintain product quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on injection molding equipment.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Utilize grinding machines to refine and finish molded parts as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols and procedures at all times.
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Injection Molding Technician.
- Proficiency in setting up and operating injection molding machines.
- Strong understanding of grinding machines and their applications.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts and overtime as needed.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00
