LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Information Systems Manager to lead the optimization and management of critical business applications that support financial and operational functions. This role is ideal for a systems expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and excels at aligning technology with business needs.

Reporting to the SVP, Head of IT , this position will play a key role in overseeing financial and asset management systems, ensuring seamless integration, customization, and performance. The Director will collaborate closely with accounting, commercial, and technical teams to enhance system capabilities, streamline processes, and drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize enterprise financial and asset management systems, including Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Sysco Lease Manager, Lease Works, Aerlytix , and other related platforms.
• Work cross-functionally to understand business requirements and translate them into tailored system solutions.
• Configure, maintain, and customize applications to align with operational needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring stability and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain documentation, process workflows, and user training materials.
• Manage system integrations and ensure smooth data exchanges between platforms.
• Lead training sessions and provide ongoing support to maximize system adoption.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance business processes.
• Oversee external service providers and development teams to ensure project success and timely support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience working with business applications, ERP systems, or financial software.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central in a financial setting is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage vendors and third party contractors.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application integration, data mapping, and system security best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage changing priorities effectively.

Work Arrangement & Compensation

• Hybrid role based in San Francisco
• Salary range: 145,000 - 185,000
• Medical, Dental, Vision and 401k
