Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including rooftop units, split systems, chillers, boilers, and air handlers.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure system efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades on job sites.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Ensure all work complies with local codes, regulations, and company safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical school certification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC installation and service (commercial experience a plus).
- EPA Universal Certification required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and diagnostics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS).
- Familiarity with plumbing or electrical systems.
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
