Your new role:
As an HVAC Manager, you will oversee the nuts and bolts of our HVAC operations:
- Manage system installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Design and execute preventive maintenance programs.
- Lead a team of dedicated technicians, ensuring projects meet timelines and budgets.
- Innovate solutions for system malfunctions and efficiency improvements.

- Have at least 5 years of managerial experience in HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair in a residential setting
- Valid HVAC technician license or certification - required
- Possess strong knowledge of HVAC principles, equipment, and components.
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies outside of regular business hours.
- Valid drivers license an clean driving record
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
