Position: Maintenance Technician

Openings: 1

Location: East Syracuse, Ny 13057 (on-site 5 days/week)

Duration: 1 year contract to hire

Pay: $35-45/hr based on experience, education, certifications, etc.

FTE Conversion Salary: $75,000 - $80,000

Must-haves

• 4+ years as an HVAC technician, Maintenance technician, or service technician
• Specializing in HVAC/refrigeration
• Understand HVAC components, maintenance, & repair procedures
• Must hold an EPA 608 Universal license
• EHS regulation & compliance knowledge

Plusses

• Steam systems knowledge

This Maintenance Technician will sit on-site 5 days/week in Syracuse, NY to support our large HVAC client. A typical day will be spent in morning meetings, helping to put out major issues, perform preventative maintenance, and complete pre-scheduled work orders.
