Hubspot Campaign Manager

As a HubSpot Campaign Manager, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop, execute, and optimize data-driven marketing campaigns. Your expertise in HubSpot will be instrumental in managing inbound marketing strategies, email automation, and lead nurturing initiatives to drive engagement and conversions. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to maximize campaign performance and align with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution : In conjunction with marketing team - Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns within HubSpot, ensuring seamless execution across email, paid media, and social channels.
  • HubSpot Automation & Lead Nurturing: With Marketing team - Design and implement lead segmentation, workflow automation, and drip campaigns to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Content Coordination : Work closely with content creators to develop compelling copy, visuals, and multimedia assets tailored to target audiences and campaign goals.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign effectiveness using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Conduct experiments with email subject lines, ad creatives, and landing pages to optimize conversion rates.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and generate high-quality leads.
  • Reporting & Insights: Build and maintain HubSpot dashboards to track key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Industry Trends & Best Practices: Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, emerging HubSpot features, and best practices to enhance marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Hubspot campaign management, or marketing automation.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub, workflows, lead scoring, email automation, and reporting).
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and social media advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Experience in A/B testing, conversion optimization, and customer segmentation.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in content collaboration.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other marketing technologies is a plus.
