- Ensure compliance with all applicable HR and data governance regulations.
What You Bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, or a related discipline.
- Direct experience with Workday HCM—ideally with hands-on involvement in implementation.
- Knowledge of HR functions including benefits, recruiting, absence tracking, and compensation.
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with data tools like Power BI, Excel, or SQL.
- Experience with system integrations, data migration, and configuration.
- Solid grasp of compliance topics like employee data privacy, EEOC/FLSA, and multi-state HR laws.
- Comfort translating technical capabilities to non-technical audiences—especially important when supporting field-based or hands-on professionals.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range is $90,000–$120,000, depending on experience. Benefits include 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision, generous PTO (starting at 3 weeks), 401(k) match, annual bonus, profit sharing, and participation in an ESOP.
Why This Role?
This is a high-impact role within an organization undergoing digital transformation in HR. You’ll collaborate across departments, influence system decisions from the ground up, and be the go-to resource post-launch. If you enjoy improving systems, connecting the dots between people and technology, and helping teams thrive through better tools—this could be the perfect opportunity.
