JOB TITLE : Home Care Liaison (Commission-Based) Location: Flagstaff, AZ Employment Type: Commission-Based (with potential for full-time salary + commission) About Us Visiting Angels of Northern Arizona provides compassionate, non-medical home care services that help seniors and individuals in need maintain their independence and quality of life. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Home Care Liaison to expand our reach and connect more families with our trusted care services. Position Overview The Home Care Liaison is responsible for identifying and securing new clients who require in-home care services. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong networking, sales, and relationship-building skills. Compensation is commission-based with mileage reimbursement and the potential for a full-time salary + commission in the future. Key Responsibilities

• Proactively seek out and establish relationships with potential clients, families, and referral sources (hospitals, rehab centers, senior communities, etc.).
• Educate families and community members about Visiting Angels’ services and how we can support their loved ones.
• Maintain daily accurate records of client outreach, follow-ups, and referrals.
• Track mileage and submit records for reimbursement.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets to grow the client base.

Compensation Structure Commission per new client after 30 days of service:

• Clients with 20 hours or less per week → $300
• Clients with 21-40 hours per week → $400
• Clients with 41 or more hours per week → $500
• Mileage reimbursement available (must maintain records).

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Experience in sales, marketing, healthcare, or home care services preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Knowledge of the local senior care landscape is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to track mileage.
• Ability to listen and communicate clearly, fluently and diplomatically, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to remain flexible, resilient, calm, and maintain a sense of humor; and present a well-groomed professional image.
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize to accurately follow through in work activities to meet deadlines, as well as, work independently with a minimum amount of direction and/or supervision.
• U.S. Citizen or evidence of a valid Alien Work Permit required.
