$170,000 – $190,000 + Equity

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, early-stage startup based in San Francisco that’s building the future of AI-driven recruiting. Their platform leverages machine learning and a vetted professional network to help top companies hire faster, more efficiently, and at scale.

Founded by experienced operators and backed by leading investors, the team is scaling quickly as they redesign how teams are built—from the first search to final offer.

The Role

They're looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to help design and deliver core product features across the platform. You’ll work at the intersection of product and engineering—building everything from intelligent matching systems to internal automations and recruiter-facing tools.

You’ll own projects end-to-end, work closely with cross-functional teams, and play a key role in shaping the product as the company grows. This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to grow into product or engineering leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack features across hiring and recruiting workflows
• Build APIs, data models, and scalable backend services
• Create clean, responsive UIs with a focus on UX
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Ops on specs and strategy
• Build internal tooling and workflow automations
• Integrate with third-party platforms and APIs
• Contribute to technical architecture and best practices

Skills & Experience

• 3–7 years of experience as a full-stack engineer
• Strong backend and frontend fundamentals
• Product-focused mindset with an eye for great UX
• Experience owning projects end-to-end in startup or fast-paced settings
• Strong communicator and team player
• Proficient in Node.js, Python, React, TypeScript, SQL/NoSQL, and tools like Vercel or AWS
