🚀 Founding Engineer Opportunity – AI Startup | San Francisco (On-Site)

I’m excited to be partnering with one of the most innovative AI startups in the talent tech space — founded by a team of Stanford AI researchers , they’re building the world’s first AI recruiting agents . Their mission is simple but bold: use artificial intelligence to automate and streamline hiring, helping companies source and hire the best talent faster than ever before.

Their AI agents already save recruitment teams over 100,000+ hours per year , automating everything from sourcing and phone screens to video interviews, scheduling, and candidate matching.

They’re now looking for a Founding Engineer to join the core team in San Francisco — someone who’s excited by the idea of building from the ground up, shaping product and technical direction, and working closely with world-class AI researchers and product minds.

🔍 What they’re looking for:

• 4–10 years of engineering experience, ideally in a founding or early team capacity
• Deep expertise in backend development , with strong Python skills
• Experience working in early-stage startup environments , wearing multiple hats
• Academic background from top-tier universities (Stanford, MIT, Berkeley, etc.)
• Passion for AI and interest in building high-impact, scalable systems
