Manage a staff of salaried professionals who serve as the customer interface, act as voice of the customer, related to delivery and production priorities.
Support of regional S&OP process and ongoing execution, to include demand consolidation and capacity balancing across Asheville and Durham sites. Represents CF&S NA in global S&OP process.
Responsible for management, control and maintenance of demand management data in ERP system: forecast, customer orders, scheduling agreements.
Responsible for import/export logistics and compliance support for Asheville and Durham sites.
Responsible for managing & reporting inventory levels to support working capital goals and to mitigate stock-outs and/or dead stock.
Support HSE, six sigma, and other projects.
Participate in TS16949 & ISO14001 and other audit processes.
Qualifications arrow_right
~ BS Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or similar is required.
~ MBA and/or relevant certification (CPIM, CSCP, CPM, etc) strongly preferred
~ Minimum 5 years management experience in manufacturing preferred
~5 - 10 years manufacturing planning and / or customer support experience
~ Strong understanding of ERP systems (SME-level knowledge of SAP experience strongly preferred) - materials management, forecasting, material requirements planning, inventory control, sales & distribution.
~ MS Office products, with expertise in Excel.
~ Understanding of ISO9001 / IATF16949 quality management systems.
~ Ability to lead, coach, and manage a team of supply chain professionals
~ Positive and professional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
~ Ability to influence and lead across functional boundaries, in a global business environment.
~ Ability to analyze requirements data from various sources to determine supply needs. Strong Excel skills.
~ Ability to handle multiple, competing priorities; large amounts of data.
