SUMMARY:
Seeking a motivated individual to join the Upper Marlboro, MD location. As a receiving associate, you will be responsible for operating several types of powered industrial equipment receiving and putting away product with the team. Looking for someone with a willingness to learn in order to eventually work in other departments in the distribution center.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):
-- Provide outstanding customer service.
-- Complete tasks such as receiving and putting away product.
-- Operates machinery to include electric pallet jacks, order (cherry) pickers, and a stand-up reach truck forklift.
-- Able to work on a shift that requires all teammates to stay until all work is complete each shift.
-- Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when necessary.
-- Keep work area neat.
-- Follow all company policies and procedures.
-- Communicate needs with shipping supervisor for outbound shipments.
-- Able to lift up to 100lbs and carry 50lbs
