Primary Function

• Receives document packages from multiple locations, uploads received documents into LoanSphere system,

Completes LoanSphere system workflow steps, separates documents by firm, ships to firm and provides tracking

info.

Workflow

• Team receives doc packages from all 3 sites

• Upon receipt – complete LoanSphere step “Executed Document Received” and uploads document to

LoanSphere

• Team separates documents by firm name into boxes

• When shipped, completes “Executed Document sent to Attorney” step in Loansphere

• Populates DDF with tracking number detail

• Reconciliation - Monitors step pending in their queue to ensure documents are received
