Management Resources Full Time Engagement Professionals has an immediate need for a Finance Manager to join our team in our Burlington MA office.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversight of the daily accounting and financial operations including financial analysis and reconciliations
- Preparation of monthly financial statements and analysis
- Support of the annual budget process including quarterly updates
- Preparation of monthly budget to actual report for department leads
- Support of senior leadership to determine financial impact of company-wide initiatives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (MBA or CPA preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a midsized to large public organization
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptive Planning and Office Connect proficiency
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge including modeling
