The Field Case Manager focuses on those clients in home confinement, developing and revising service plans appropriate to the needs and preferences of the client and program requirements. The role provides proper, systematic clinical evaluation and interpretive reports and engages the client in the intervention process using motivational interviewing, evidenced-based practices, and other professional skills. Additional duties include managing all client passes, level changes, and basic movement outside the facility and status reports to contractor monitors, parole/probation officers, and courts.

Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in social service, criminal justice, psychology, sociology, or related human services field preferred, with two years of experience in criminal justice. A valid OH Driver’s License and proof of individual automobile insurance are required in addition to a driving record that complies with Volunteers of America only if the employee is assigned to transport program, participants, or any other activity that mandates driving.
