Our client is looking for an experienced and strategic Factory Director to lead the day-to-day operations of their manufacturing facility in Ranson, WV. This position reports directly to the VP of Operations. This is the perfect opportunity for a results-oriented leader to make a lasting impact on company operations.
Responsibilities ;
- Drive operational excellence by delivering on production, cost, quality, and delivery targets.
- Foster a culture of safety, compliance, and accountability.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Act as the primary representative of the factory in the community, building strong relationships with local stakeholders and leading Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
- Ensure transparent and responsive communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements :
- Engineering Degree required
- 10+ years of manufacturing experience with progressive leadership responsibilities
- Track record of delivering operational excellence in a complex manufacturing environment
- Experience building community and stakeholder relationships
