About Us: Synergy Management Group is a premier boutique consulting firm that specializes in providing outsourced/fractional corporate finance and growth strategy consulting services to institutional investors (private equity & venture capital) portfolio companies and growing businesses across various industries. We partner with our clients to evaluate design execute and maximize growth opportunities in sourcing diligence operations/value creation and exit. Client work is primarily remote/virtual and includes: Financial Planning Analysis and Modeling Valuations & Capital Raising Financial Commercial & Operational Due Diligence Competitive Strategy BuySide & SellSide Advisory Mergers & Acquisitions Fractional CFO & Executive (or Interim) Leadership Operations Performance Improvement Turnaround & Restructuring Growth Strategy PostMerger Integration. Role Overview: Our growing boutique consulting firm Synergy Management Group is seeking a highly experienced recruiter to rapidly source candidates for the Managing Director position. Project Fee:

• $2500 per successful placement.
  
• The project fee is earned and payable upon your sourced candidates successful completion of the 1 Month Evaluation.
  
• If multiple sourced candidates successfully complete the 1 Month Evaluation your Project Fee will be multiplied accordingly (e.g. sourcing 4 successful candidates would earn $10000).

1 Month Evaluation:

• The Managing Director will be expected to successfully close a $50K consulting engagement with a new client within the first 30 days of joining Synergy Management Group.
  
• This must be executed as a shortterm accelerated sprint leveraging the candidates existing network and relationships within the institutional investor (private equity & venture capital) industry.
