The ideal candidate for the Executive Director position at the company's hospice services will have a background in healthcare, with a preference for those who are RNs or have a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Leadership experience, particularly in a hospice setting, is essential, with a minimum of 3 years in healthcare and 5 years in a leadership role. The role also requires a current CPR certification, a driver's license, and vehicle insurance. The Executive Director will be responsible for the overall success of the hospice, including business development and ensuring the growth of the organization. They must be dedicated to maintaining the highest quality of care, be adept at managing a team, and have a strong focus on compliance and patient satisfaction.
