WE'RE SEARCHING FOR A TALENTED AND CREATIVE EXECUTIVE CHEF FOR A MANHATTAN CATERING COMPANY. WORK IN A BEAUTIFUL AND MODERN 12,000+ SQUARE FOOT COMMISSARY WITH PEOPLE WHO ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT CATERING
The ideal candidate:
- Will have a minimum of five years of catering experience
- Is innovative
- Has off premise catering experience
- Enjoys working collaboratively with a sales team
- Understands culinary financials (food cost, labor cost)
- Has strong management skills
- Has an easygoing personality
- Works well in a fast-paced kitchen and has the ability to ensure timeliness of food production
- Has experience with inventory and recipe development
- Has knowledge of federal, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation codes
