Executive Assistant to High-Performing Executive | Uptown Dallas, TX | $80K–$90K + Bonus

We’re partnering with a dynamic, entrepreneurial company in Uptown Dallas to find a proactive, detail-oriented EA who can own the CEO’s day, anticipate needs, and create systems that unlock their time and maximize productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar & Scheduling: Optimize the CEO’s calendar for maximum efficiency, schedule meetings and events, confirm agendas, and ensure smooth execution.
  • Email & Communication Management: Prioritize inbox items, draft polished responses, and filter requests to focus on high-value opportunities.
  • Travel & Event Coordination: Plan domestic and international travel, prepare detailed itineraries, and support corporate events or networking engagements.
  • Operational Support: Track projects, deadlines, and deliverables; liaise with internal teams and external partners; handle occasional personal tasks.
  • Strategic Partnering: Anticipate CEO needs, maintain SOPs, protect their time, and ensure every action drives company success.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of executive-level administrative support experience.
  • Mastery of calendar, travel, and inbox management.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy: Google Workspace, Slack/Voxer, scheduling tools.
  • Discreet, professional, and proactive problem-solver.

Compensation & Benefits:
