The Parlor is an elevated event bartending service specializing in menu creation, expert food & beverage pairing, and handcrafted cocktails for events that typically cover the Front Range. Our team of professionals provides superior bartending services to enhance any event. We are also the creators and hosts of the Curious Palate, a wine and spirits tasting edutainment experience.

Role Description

This is a part-time role for an Event Bartender. The Parlor is located in Colorado Springs, CO and operates at homes and venues all along the Front Range in Colorado. Event Bartenders are responsible for preparing and serving drinks, ensuring excellent customer service all while being flexible to work in a variety of different environments with a variety of different styles of menus as every event is different. The role also includes setting up and breaking down bar stations, engaging with guests professionally and lawfully, and following all safety and sanitation policies. Applicants CAN NOT be working for another event bartending service.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage service
• Proficiency in Bartending a must; Event/Banquet Bartending experience a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Have reliable transportation
• Must successfully complete TIPS Training (or be current)
• Able to lift & maneuver objects weighing up to 40 pounds
• May be working in a standing position for long periods of time
• Available nights & weekends
