### Estate and Document Attorney
Are you a driven attorney with a passion for estate planning? Join our dynamic team and work closely with our Tax and Wealth Management departments to provide exceptional service to our clients. This is a fully remote position where you will interact directly with clients and collaborate with their other advisors, including Financial Advisors, Tax Attorneys, CPAs, Accountants, and Health Care Agents.
#### Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to deliver comprehensive estate planning services.
- Develop, problem-solve, and demonstrate estate planning solutions with the support of our team.
- Utilize pre-drafted documents from our outside counsel or create your own tailored documents.
- Lead client meetings and provide expert guidance to clients and team members.
- Stay current with the latest state laws and regulations related to estate planning.
- Work with other law firms, leveraging our referral network to expand your billable hours.
- Receive and manage an established book of business with 100+ households, each with average client assets ranging from $1 million to $10 million.
#### Qualifications
- Entry-level attorneys are welcome; must have passed the state bar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Innovative, creative, and able to execute a proven presentation system.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to be decisive.
- Effective time management and organizational skills to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborative spirit, with the ability to turn ideas into strategies in partnership with Tax, Business, and Financial Advisors.

- Hourly rate: $250-$350.
- Uncapped earning potential ($500K - $1M+).
