About the Job: - Pay: $84.00 per hour or $3360 gross weekly ($1860 taxable + $1500 stipend)
- Shift Days: Monday-Friday (8-hour shifts)
- Shift Times: Rotating start times at 6am or 9am
- Duration: 13 weeks initially
- Location: Palo Alto
- Start Date: 05/05

Requirements: - Two (2) years of PACU/Endo/GI experience
- BLS and ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Experience with Upper and Lower GI procedures such as ESD, ERCP, EMR, Sigmoidoscopy, POEM, Colonoscopy, EUS (endoscopic ultrasound), and/or EGD
- Active California RN License
- Ability to assist in the “Tech” role for advanced cases
Responsibilities: - Assist physicians during endoscopy and colonoscopy procedures with cardiac, vital sign, and medication management
- Prep incoming patients for surgery, including IV insertion, pre-operative oral and IV medication management, and obtaining consent for surgery
- Monitor patients during and after nerve blocks, including cardiac and vital sign monitoring and oxygen administration
- Assist patients recovering in PACU, administering pain medications, monitoring vital signs, and prepping patients for discharge
