Salary: Up to $250,000 Base, Commensurate with Experience

Schedule: Remote/ Hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in a variety of litigation matters.
• Develop and execute case strategies tailored to client needs.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Advocate for clients in court proceedings and settlement negotiations.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar admission.
• Proven experience in litigation, including trial preparation and courtroom advocacy.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
