Electrical Project Manager
Location: Walker, MI (Hybrid)
Type: Full-Time | Direct-Hire
Salary: $115,000–$130,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + Benefits
Currently, StaffBright has an exciting new opportunity for an Electrical Project Manager with a long-time client in Walker, Michigan . The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing electrical construction projects and is comfortable leading installations across a variety of commercial environments including hospitals, schools, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and commercial buildings.
What You'll Be Doing:
🔹 Manage electrical construction projects from pre-construction through close out
🔹 Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and quality project delivery
🔹 Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and procurement for multiple concurrent projects
🔹 Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and client specifications
🔹 Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
🔹 Support estimating and business development efforts as needed
What We'll Need From You:
🔹 4+ years of experience leading and managing commercial electrical projects.
🔹 Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
🔹Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience:
🔹Journeyman's Electrician License
🔹OSHA 10-hour
