Job Description
Job Title: Electrical Project Manager
Location: Berwick, PA (5 days per week on-site)
Pay Range: $48-62/hour depending on years of experience + per diem
Day to Day:
- Weekly coordination with customer’s schedule and ABM labor/subcontractors. ABM Project PM/Sr. PM will assist with coordination.
- Daily accomplishment tracker as a follow up to the daily schedule. Work with ABM Site Foreman.
- Attend site meetings. Track questions/needs and customer communication for job record.
- Work with PM/Sr. PM/Sales on change orders
- Ensures that the data center specific electrical acceptance testing project is on budget and on schedule in accordance with established quality standards and procedures
Must Haves:
- 3-5 Years PM experience in electrically-related project management.
- Knowledge of Neta testing
Plusses:
- Acceptance Testing/Commissioning experience preferred
- PMP
- Data Center specific construction management preferred
