What You’ll Do:
- Teach and mentor students using an established curriculum and provided materials
- Lead by example with a strong sense of professionalism and industry knowledge
- Foster a supportive and motivating learning environment
- Build meaningful relationships with students and colleagues
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of hands-on Electrical experience (required)
- Certified Electrician (Journeyman preferred but not required)
- Previous teaching or training experience is a plus , but not required
- Comfortable using technology
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A genuine passion for helping others succeed
- Professional demeanor with the ability to build trust and rapport
- Commitment to student success and program excellence
