Job Title: EHS Orientation Trainer

Pay rate: $45/hr.W2

Duration: 10 Months With Possible Extension

Shift timings: 8AM-5PM

JOB description:

As an EHS Orientation Trainer, you will play a critical role in shaping the first impressions and long-term success of our new hires.
You’ll deliver engaging, safety focused onboarding programs that ensure employees are well-prepared, confident, and compliant from day one. Your expertise will help foster a culture of safety, learning, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate onboarding training sessions for new employees, both in classroom and hands-on environments.
Create new and update existing training material, manuals, and presentations to align with current safety standards and company policies.
Conduct evaluations to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with department leaders and onboarding and training coordinators to tailor onboarding experiences to specific roles and operational needs.
Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with OSHA and internal safety requirements.
