Employment Type: 6 months contract with the possibility for extension
Overview:
We’re seeking a Lock Box Extractor to join our onsite operations team in Albany, NY. The role focuses on gathering and verifying data from internal applications and consolidating it into designated documents with precision and accuracy. Strong attention to detail and consistency are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Locate and extract data from internal software applications, consolidating information into a master document.
- Verify data accuracy through quality checks and comparisons across systems.
- Maintain data integrity by ensuring consistency in all housed documentation.
- Follow all established company and departmental policies and procedures.
- Cross-train in related areas (keying, reassociation, data entry) to provide team coverage as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong ability to read and follow detailed instructions.
- Dependable and committed to consistent attendance (38–40 hours per week).
- Able to adapt to change, manage stress, and perform under deadlines.
- Meets production and accuracy standards within 90 days of training completion.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in lockbox operations, data entry, or data collection.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
