We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dish/Prep to join our kitchen team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks, as needed
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
