Director of Technology Transformation
New York, NY (Hybrid)
$190,000 - $210,000 + bonus
We are working with a fast-growing non-profit organization dedicated to transforming learning environments through innovative technology, and they are seeking a Director of Technology Transformation to drive their technology roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology transformation roadmap that aligns with the organization's strategic goals.
- Lead efforts to modernize existing systems and implement new technologies to drive operational efficiency and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of technology solutions.
- Effectively communicate your vision and technical roadmaps to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Continuously assess technology performance, identifying opportunities for process improvement and enhanced performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in technology transformation, digital modernization, or similar leadership roles.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities, with a track record of developing and implementing technology roadmaps.
- In-depth knowledge of modern IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and enterprise software systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
The Benefits:
