StevenDouglas has been retained on a Director of FP&A search in Austin, Texas. Reporting to the President, as the most senior level Finance professional within this private equity backed organization, this individual will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and projections. This role will own all things "Finance", managing a team of two, while working closely with the Accounting Team. This role is a "path to CFO" career opportunity.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or business related field. 7-10 years of Finance experience. Strong modeling expertise. FinTech industry experience is a plus. Prior experience working in a PE backed environment is a plus. Willingness to work on a hybrid schedule.
