Job Description: Medical Director (Endocrinology/Metabolics)
Location: NJ, could be remote for right candidate

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead medical affairs initiatives in endocrinology, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to shape the future of healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Medical Strategy Development: Develop and execute medical strategies aligned with Gan & Lee's business objectives in endocrinology.
- Clinical Leadership: Provide medical expertise and leadership in the development, execution, and interpretation of clinical trials and studies related to endocrinology products.
- Scientific Communication: Serve as a key medical spokesperson for Gan & Lee, representing the company at scientific congresses, advisory boards, and with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines in all medical affairs activities, including interactions with regulatory authorities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders including R&D, regulatory affairs, marketing, and commercial teams to support the development and launch of endocrinology products.
- Medical Education: Develop and deliver medical education and training programs for internal teams, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders.
- Evidence Generation: Drive the generation of clinical evidence supporting the efficacy, safety, and value of Gan & Lee's endocrinology portfolio.
- Market Insights: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and therapeutic advancements in endocrinology to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with board certification in Endocrinology.
- Proven track record in medical affairs within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, ideally with experience in endocrinology.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial design, execution, and interpretation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
- Experience in regulatory interactions and compliance in medical affairs activities.
