- Title: Desktop Support Engineer
- Client: Quant Trading firm
- Location: Chicago
- Salary: Up to $150,000 + bonus + exceptional benefits
A world-leading Quant Trading firm in Chicago is looking for a talented Desktop Support Engineer . You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues that impact their mission-critical enterprise and trading environment. You will also gain exposure to providing VIP support to some of the most talented people in the industry.
Ideal Requirements:
- Strong background working in Desktop Support
- Experience in desktop support: hardware issues, onboarding etc
- Strong experience in Windows/Linux
- Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Azure, O365, ZenDesk
- Some exposure to Python, PowerShell or Bash (desired, but not essential)
