Dealer Trade Driver

Responsibilities
The Dealer Trade Driver is responsible for delivering vehicles to/from Toyota dealerships and customers in a safe and timely manner. The Dealer Trade Driver communicates with Sales staff and management team.
- Uses good judgment and safe driving skills at all times
- Keeps a timely route
- Maintains a professional appearance
- Keeps assigned vehicles neat and organized
- Fills vehicle with fuel (as needed or directed by guidelines/supervisor)
- Ensure that vehicle identification numbers and stock number of each vehicle match paperwork.
- Ensure copies of dealer invoice accompany paperwork for each vehicle.
- Ensure that the vehicle being traded is clean and undamaged before leaving the lot.
- Ensure all reference guides, keys, wheel locks etc., accompany all traded vehicles.
- Notify Sales Manager immediately if any damage is found on vehicle being traded
- Note any missing keys, books, wheel locks, floor mats, etc. Makes every effort to ensure these items accompany the appropriate vehicle
Qualifications
- Must be 25 years or older
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be able to operate a variety of cars, trucks, SUVs, and vans. The ability to drive manual transmissions is a plus, but not required.
