Job Title: Product Master Data Specialist

Location: Radnor, PA (Hybrid – 3 Days In Office)

Salary: $55,000–$60,000 per year

Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp to Hire

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage product master data to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems
Assist in data synchronization processes, preferably using platforms such as 1WorldSync
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support supply chain and business operations
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines
Identify and resolve data discrepancies and contribute to process improvements
Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required
Early-career candidates encouraged to apply
Supply chain and/or consumer goods (CG) industry experience is a plus
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (minimum 80% score on MS Excel 2019 intermediate user assessment required)
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with data synchronization tools
