Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Accurately produce and modify Enrollment forms, benefit highlight sheets, and premium worksheets.
- Process employee information and coverage selections for personalized Enrollment forms, ensuring accuracy and security of PII.
- Maintain and manage work queue, interacting directly with business partners to consult on processes and deliverables.
- Contribute to the development of new or enhanced processes, materials, and offerings, participating in the implementation of approved ideas.
- Collaborate with team members and representatives from other departments to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Deliver consistently accurate and cost-effective materials for standard and non-standard Enrollment requests.
- Develop and maintain expertise on team procedures, policies, and end-to-end Enrollment processes in an ever-changing environment.

Candidate Requirements
- No specific degree or certifications required.
- Attention to detail needed.
- Prior knowledge in Insurance and Supplemental/Voluntary Lines.

- Once trained, expected to complete at least 10 requests per day.

Training
- Training will be handled by Nelly Morales.
- Training includes grabbing requests from Salesforce and entering details into a separate system to generate marketing materials .
Team and Project Overview
- This new team will assist during peak season, supporting the sales team by processing requests for marketing materials.
- Contractors will review requests and enter help request details into the system to create marketing materials for enrollment campaigns.
- Supports Data Management Consultants for efficient processing during peak periods.
- Autonomy and ownership of the work queue are emphasized.
