- Centralize data management by integrating diverse pharmacy software platforms into Power BI, positioning it as the organization’s primary data repository.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing rigorous validation and quality control processes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations, inventory, and sales.
- Generate custom and recurring reports to meet the specific needs of various departments.
- Conduct data analysis to support research projects, delivering evidence of clinical and economic value.
- Provide data-driven support for compliance and third-party accreditation initiatives, aligning with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with financial planning teams to supply accurate, timely data for forecasting, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
- Train staff on tools, promoting data literacy and encouraging self-service analytics across the organization.
