Cross-functional Project Manager needs 5+ years' experience
Cross-functional Project Manager requires:
Planned & executed large projects
Taken accountability for project planning and management in a business or agency that implemented an extensive performance program across a fleet or multiple sites;
Managed or supported a multi-skilled team that designed and implemented an enterprise-wide information systems project.
MS Project or Smartsheet, and methods (PMP, CPM/PERT, Agile/Scrum, Kanban, etc.);
Cross-functional Project Manager duties:
Communicate daily with colleagues at all levels in clear, concise, professional language;
- Listen to the seasoned experts to inform your decisions;
- Synthesize information from multiple sources to plan work, report on progress, troubleshoot problems and eliminate impediments;
- Honor commitments to safety and quality;
- Take accountability to drive the right outcomes while showing respect for your colleagues and demonstrating trustworthiness;
