Your Role & Responsibilities:
✔ Analyze & Coordinate Real Estate Deal Flow – Work directly with leads sourced via LinkedIn and other channels.
✔ Assist in Credit-Based Deal Structuring – Help package deals for underwriting and investor presentation.
✔ Build Your Own Lending Portfolio – Scale your presence with our backend support and proven strategy.
Requirements:
✔ Performance Bond (Required) – Validates your commitment and secures your participation.
✔ Background in Real Estate, Finance, or Credit Management (Preferred) – Open to applicants with other related experience.
✔ Strong Personal or Business Credit – Must be comfortable leveraging credit for funding or JV structures.
